Hardy Myers joined dvsAnalytics in April 2018. Prior to joining DVS, Mr. Myers served as President & CEO of Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST) from January 2003 to October 2017. AVST is a leading independent provider of highly-interoperable unified communications (UC) software deployed by thousands of firms globally, with particular strength in the Higher Education, Health Care and Government market segments, and the Fortune 1000. Under Mr. Myers’ leadership, AVST developed a suite of premise and cloud-based communications solutions uniquely architected to support near-term IT initiatives in mobility, business process optimization, and voice infrastructure centralization. Prior to AVST, Mr. Myers held senior management positions in the telecommunications, automotive, aerospace and defense market sectors. His experience includes the completion of multiple acquisitions, public and private fundraisings, and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Myers holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University with a double major in International Management and Accounting. Mr. Myers is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Technology Officer
Rita Dearing provides dvsAnalytics with more than 30 years of leadership as an executive in software-based telecommunications businesses. Ms. Dearing joined dvsAnalytics in 1998 and has served as leader of marketing, customer support, professional services and product development. In her current role as Chief Technology Officer, she manages all of operations and product development. Ms. Dearing's leadership in delivery of products and services to the industry was paramount in the company's receipt of the Product of the Year Awards and a #1 ranking for customer support in the market. Prior to her position at dvsAnalytics, Ms. Dearing served as Product Manager for Aspect Telecommunications and as Director of Application Products at Syntellect. Ms. Dearing graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Denny Michael joined dvsAnalytics in January 2018. From 2003 to 2017, Mr. Michael served as Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at AVST where he helped shape the company from an SMB software developer to a globally recognized, enterprise-class Unified Communications vendor. Mr. Michael was also a key member of the senior management team that facilitated the sale of AVST to a private equity firm in late 2017. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Michael served as Executive Vice President of Marketing for Starbase Software Corporation, a publicly traded developer of Application Lifecycle Management software. During his tenure at Starbase, Mr. Michael was responsible for developing and implementing a transformational marketing strategy to reestablish the leadership position of Starbase's applications and technology in the company's target market segments. Mr. Michael was also a key member of the senior management team that facilitated the sale of Starbase to Borland Software Corporation in 2003. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Michael served as Vice President of Marketing at NQL, Inc., a publicly traded software company that developed one of the world's first commercially available Intelligent Agent (AI) languages (Network Query Language) used for massive content gathering and publishing. Prior to NQL, Mr. Michael held various marketing management positions at AST Computers, Inc. and Alpha Microsystems. Mr. Michael holds a B.A. from California State University, Fullerton.
Cindi Campbell is responsible for financial operations and administration at dvsAnalytics. With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Campbell joined dvsAnalytics in 2004 and was promoted to Controller in 2012. Prior to dvsAnalytics, Ms. Campbell worked as an Accounting Manager in the legal and communication industries. Ms. Campbell completed her Financial and Business Management studies at Glendale Community College in Arizona.
Director of Sales Engineering
Keith Hollett is the Encore resident expert in configuration, sales support, training, and much more, putting him in high demand by colleagues and customers alike. After completing his Associate’s degree in Computer Science at Blackhawk Community College, Mr. Hollett joined dvsAnalytics in 1991 as an Installation Technician. Since then, he’s been closely involved in Encore’s sales and support, taking on rolls including Director of Operations and most recently, Director of Sales Engineering.
Director of Implementation and Support
Craig Smith has been with dvsAnalytics for nearly 20 years. Having studied Information Technology at the University of Phoenix, he’s held the Director of Implementation and Support title and responsibilities, leading the 24-7-365 Implementation and Customer Support teams since 1998. Under Mr. Smith's management, dvsAnalytics has developed an excellent reputation and track record for customer satisfaction.
Chairman of the Board
Kathleen Kelly is a 25-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and one of the earliest proponents of CRM-based contact management systems that optimize the productivity of revenue producers in contact centers. Starting in 1987, she grew dvsAnalytics (formerly TeleDirect) from a start-up enterprise to an award-winning industry leader. Beginning in 2006, she led the initiative to transition the business focus to emerging sectors in the Workforce Optimization market where the company has established one of the largest networks of national resellers in the industry. Considered a thought leader in the industry, Ms. Kelly is a recipient of Customer Interaction Solutions' prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for her pioneering contributions to the growth and advancement of the contact center industry and ATA's Fulcrum award, which recognizes individuals for extraordinary contributions to the industry. Prior to dvsAnalytics, Ms. Kelly started three other companies, all pioneers in their field and all still thriving today. Ms. Kelly graduated from Mount Mercy College, Cedar Rapids, IA with a Bachelor of Science degree.
